Returns & Refunds policy
Our Refund Policy explains when a customer may request a cancellation or refund, how long the process typically takes, and any applicable deductions. Please review the points below for a clear understanding of how refunds are handled.
If a consultation request is accepted but later cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund. A cancellation confirmation is usually shared within 7 working days, and refunds are generally processed within 15–30 working days.
If you believe you were overcharged, please contact Support@booksflows.com. Any verified excess amount is typically refunded within 15 working days. If the payment received is less than the required fee, the difference may be charged and you will be notified.
Refunds are offered only under the conditions listed in this policy. In rare situations, our team may work with you to find a reasonable resolution. The maximum refundable amount cannot exceed the total fee paid for the service.
Refunds are not provided if the service has been delivered or if required documents or information were not provided by the client.
Refund requests are not accepted after 36 hours of placing the order. If work has already begun within the 36-hour window, the refund may not apply.
A standard deduction of 15% may apply to cover payment processing charges, unless otherwise decided by management. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
